Constantly experimenting, she enjoys discovering new ways to perfect traditional Thai meals.

Chef Moddang was trained in many culinary fields in Thailand, where she earned numerous certifications in the food industry. Her journey in Thai cooking started at a young age, learning from her grandmother, Mrs. Mangsawat Prani, who instilled in her the importance of traditional cooking techniques. These skills, passed down through generations, ensure that every dish served at Zab Der is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
